A complete look is one coordinated outfit concept, including suitable clothing, footwear and accessories as appropriate. Individual items may be recommended across more than one look; the styling fee does not buy the garments.

Yes. Signature Private Styling includes three personal looks for $2,995. Luxury Special Event Styling includes three event looks for one agreed occasion at $4,500, with more intensive event research and a final 30-minute consultation.

Yes. Men can choose our Signature or Luxury Special Event experience with the same one-client styling fee and defined inclusions. Couples and additional people receive a separate written quotation.

Of course. Every package has a defined number of looks and sourced recommendations. Additional looks, sourcing, consultation time or new occasions are priced separately and only begin after your approval.

The Wardrobe Edit focuses primarily on six combinations made from selected existing clothes, with up to five suggested additions. Transformation includes private designer sourcing, six newly developed luxury looks, more wardrobe review, four consultations and a post-purchase refinement session.

No. Styling fees cover the professional service and agreed digital deliverables. Clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, alterations, shipping, taxes and in-person travel are purchased or quoted separately.

Yes. Consultations are offered virtually by phone or Zoom. Shopping links and deliveries depend on location, retailer availability and local requirements. In-person services are available by individually approved proposal.

The delivery date is agreed in writing before a bespoke service begins and depends on its complexity, available designer stock and the speed of client feedback. There is no promise of an immediate, unlimited shopping turnaround.

The included revision round refines the concepts already delivered, within the same brief. A request for entirely new outfits, a second event or a different creative direction may need a separate approved quotation.

Terms are supplied before a confirmed booking or payment and are subject to applicable law. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an appointment, accept payment or apply cancellation charges.

A personalized image visualization is a future optional concept, not a live feature. Any future photo processing would require explicit permission, appropriate privacy controls and clear disclosure that visualizations are illustrative, not fit guarantees.

Some future recommendations may point to Fiona Secret Closet or participating retail partners and could earn a commission. Where applicable, affiliate relationships will be disclosed clearly. Clients remain free to choose whether to purchase recommended pieces.
