For ready-to-ship items, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Diamond Style & Custom Orders
Our exclusive Diamond Style pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. These items require a minimum of three weeks for production before shipping. Many of our luxury pieces are custom, and we take pride in the detail and quality — perfection cannot be rushed.
If you require rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Rush orders may incur additional production and carrier shipping fees. Note: We cannot guarantee rush shipping without confirming inventory and production timelines in advance. Placing a rush order without approval may result in delays or your funds being held.
International Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping. Most international orders arrive within 10–15 business days (excluding holidays), depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.
Diamond Style Return Policy
All Diamond Style pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned, as they are made specifically to order. If there is an error on our part, we will make it right — though this is extremely rare.
Please note: Some dresses feature delicate stonework. While we use generous embellishment to ensure beauty, minor shedding may occur and is not considered a defect. If you experience an issue, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.
