Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage cannot be accepted.

Exclusions:

  • Sale items, grab bags, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • Since some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receipt.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • If the item you want is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
